How to nurture a glamor queen

Yesterday was the Oscars. I never saw it coming, but Penny got really into it.

She dressed up in her best velvet dress and insisted on wearing her Cheerios as earrings.

Then she was just so enthusiastic for all the awards. I think this one was for best audio mixing.
