So for your viewing pleasure, here is the new Los Alamos High School.
The portable building on the right isn't permanent, I'm hoping. I understand that's where they're having classes while the new school's being built.
I think this is the front door, and you can kind of see the library behind the pine tree. It's the same library, but it's covered in tin foil of some sort. Maybe that will keep the water out. :P

They are having classes in the new building and the portables are empty - they are waiting to go to the middle school where they will be used while the middle school is torn down and rebuilt. :-) Next time you are here, I'll have my dad take you on a tour of the inside. It's pretty spectacular. A hole bunch of the class rooms have windows and it's just soooo much more cool than "my" highschool was.
Its a little hard to get my bearings from the pictures but I think I got it now. I'm kinda sad the different wings are gone but from what Heidi said its probably better this way :-)
