Crust:
1 packet yeast
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 1/3 c. flour
That crust makes two pizzas, medium-sized I guess.
Then for toppings:
BBQ Sauce (I used Kraft Original. Not too sweet or spicy, just a good BBQ sauce)
chopped cilantro
4 green onions (chopped of course. I'm not sure how it would be otherwise...)
1 green pepper, sliced
chicken pieces (I use the leftovers from a Costco roasted chicken)
Mozzarella cheese
Bake 15-20 minutes at 425.
I'm writing this on my blog for two reasons: 1) so you can all make it and then tell me how wonderful it is (and by association, how wonderful I am), and 2) so I can remember the recipe.

Chels, where is the chicken in the recipe???
Ah yes, the chicken. I've put that on. I think it might be good without, but I'd hate to try. :) Thanks, Holly!
for some reason every time you've told me about this bbq pizza, i thought you were making it on an actual BBQ grill. hmmm.
looks yummy except for the bbq sauce, onions, and peppers. :P
I obviously can't read :) Anyway, just wanted to comment that this is a great idea to put recipes where you can find them easily anywhere you go.
