If you're a regular, compulsive blog-checker, you may have noticed that I briefly used a blog format from thecutestblogontheblock.com. Then I got this helpful email:
Chelsea,
I went to your blog, and the color scheme looks like the inside of a cow's stomach. That's the good news. The bad news is that with my red-green color problem, I can't read it.
Just thought you might want to know.
Daddy
So I changed it.
Nice to know my parents support me in my endeavors! :)
And I went to see Tale of Despereaux tonight at the dollar theatre. I thought it was pretty mediocre. No, that's not true. I thought Ratatouille was mediocre, and this one was long, random, and boring in comparison. Almost worth the dollar I paid for it.
Also, we met up with Sarah and Dave beforehand to eat dinner. Kevin and I picked up dinner (BBQ sandwiches), and they got the tickets. It was pretty busy, so Dave went in to save seats. This left us with the dilemma of how to get the BBQ sandwiches to the right people. Kevin ate most of his before we went in, so we just waited for him to finish. Sarah put hers and Dave's (along with their sodas) into her mega-large purse, and I shoved mine into my pocket. Just like Napoleon Dynamite.
Hmmm... maybe I should steer clear of stories that end with "Just like Napoleon Dynamite."

- Scrapbook pages
- Fun refrigerator magnets
- Fisher Price Little People Pirate Ship (for Penny.... though I would play with it too.)
- Cute Stationary-- I currently write letters on notebook paper ripped from the notebook

I tried reading the book but didn't get past the first chapter--which was probably like 3 pages long.
And Sarah, just guess how many times I've used that quote in the last 36 hours.... :)
